Postage

If you choose normal shipping your order will be dispatched with UPS within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)..

For small size packets a shipping tariff of 5 euro is possible. Please keep in mind this takes time to arrivge and this shipping is without tracking.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a refund or replacement. If so please inform us within 48 hours after you recieved the packet.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund if it is returned within 14 days.

For items shipped within the EU you are entitled to a minimum of a one-year legal guarantee.
